Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

This an exciting opportunity for caring, compassionate and talented Support Workers in Southport to support 2 gents with learning disabilities. This is a great opening to make a real difference to the lives of others and gain great development.
The gents supported here enjoy getting out and about in the community, meeting friends, going to cafes, parks and also going on holiday together with their support team. 1 of the people supported is very sociable and goes out independently.
They would describe themselves as kind, friendly and chatty. They would love their Support Workers to be able to have a laugh and have banter and also people who have motivation!
There is usually 1 member of staff on from 7am-10pm, 7 days per week and also a waking staff member, who also works next door.
