SUPPORT WORKER - DAY CARE
Salary: £22,916 - £23,332 per annum
Contract: Full-time, Part-time and Bank positions available
Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday
Location: Much Hadham, Hertfordshire

We are searching for creative individuals to join our friendly Community Learning team. Our aim is to provide a wide ranging programme of learning and leisure opportunities for adults with epilepsy and complex learning difficulties, enabling them to connect with their community whilst promoting independence. Some of the key duties include;
- Arranging and participating in activities both on and offsite
- Developing skills according to person centred plans
- Recording, supporting and celebrating personal achievements of individuals
- Assisting with personal care and maintaining a clean environment ensuring resources used are safely stored away
You need to be dedicated, motivated, caring and passionate about the people we support. We also ask that you share and demonstrate our values and passion to support our clients to live their lives as independently as possible. Full training will be provided. The full-time hours for this role are 37.5 hours per week working Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm.
To be considered for this role, you must have a full manual UK driving licence, as you may be required to drive our St. Elizabeth’s vehicles from time to time.
We are only able to offer sponsorship to successful candidates that hold a Level 2 qualification in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) in line with the minimum salary threshold for Skilled Worker visas set by the Home Office and in line with St Elizabeth's pay structure.
