Pay: We have an excellent pay rate of £12 per hour with any overtime paid at £15 per hour
Contract: 30 hours per week. This is a permanent role with a contract and all of our benefits!
Shift patterns: This is a mix of 8, 10 and 12 hour shift patterns. To make it fair for all staff, we all work alternative weekends so people can plan their days and weekends off.
Hours: This particular role is working 30 hours per week.

Ty Bryn Bach is a seven-bedroom property, operating as a supported living service for individuals with Learning Disabilities and Mental Illness. Some of the people living at Ty Bryn Bach may also express behaviours which others might find challenging.

Key responsibilities:
- Engaging people and developing therapeutic relationships
- Escorting and supporting people in the community
- Providing stimulating activity

- Working with people to prepare meals
- Monitoring people’s health and well-being and reporting back to senior staff
- Uphold and adhere to all local and company policy and procedures
- Work with the wider/local community in a positive manner
- Follow support plans and guidance within personal plans consistently
- Contribute to structure by developing and following the daily activity planner consistently
- Communicate effectively, adjusting own approach to meet individual specific needs
- Provide Active Support consistently and effectively at all times

- Enter support logs accurately and review and update information consistently
