We are recruiting for 
a part-time (16 hour) Female Support Worker to join the team and support one gentlemen and one lady who live in their own home in the Cardonald area of Glasgow.  This role will involve mostly early shifts 8am-4pm with the occasional late or evening/sleepover shift. 
We support these individuals to live the best lives possible by providing person-centred support every day.  The people we support enjoy socialising, watching movies, going out to shows, spending time with family and getting out into nature.
Your main goal will be to provide the right support so they can be as independent as possible and are supported to make their own choices.  Support out in the community and also may involve supporting with:
 
  • Personal care
  • Management of their home and finances
  • Medication Administration
This post is exempt from the Equality Act 2010 (Schedule 9, Part 1) which provides for the application of a genuine occupational requirement.
