What is important to us?
Over the last four years, our charity’s We Dare strategy has helped us to transform the lives of the people we support, our colleagues and communities – The Power Of Three. And as we look to evolve, we continually ask ourselves: “Why do we exist?” At every level, the answer is the same: so that the people we support, and the people who support them, can live the Best Lives Possible. We Dare will continue to be a key part of our charity’s identity, and how we express our values with passion at Community Integrated Care. Include the people I support, my colleagues, partners and the communities I work in.
RESPECT individual choice and promote inclusion, rights and independence.
DELIVER the best possible outcomes for the people I support and work with.
ENABLE others to fulfil their needs and aspirations.
ASPIRE to be the best at what I do
