Support Worker - Short Term Breaks

You will be working across our Short Term breaks service within the Bolton area – enabling young adults to spend quality time away from home with their peer group and supporting primary care givers to take a break

Responsibilities:

• To come to work every day with a smile aiming to make a difference.
• To have the willingness to do things differently and give things a go.
• The ability to find the hidden gems / talents / aspirations in people we support.
• Have the patience and determination to see people succeed and achieve their dreams.
• To make sure everyone using the short breaks service enjoys positive experiences.

To enable this to happen for people they may need to receive physical support including personal care support.

You will be:

• Able to use relevant IT systems.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: £12.00 per hour

• supporting adults: 1 year (preferred)
