About the role:
Raz is a gentleman looking for a team to support him to live a fulfilled life in his own home. He enjoys trips for coffee, shopping, cooking and time in the local community.
You should have experience with adults with learning disabilities and mental health support needs or a willingness to grow these skills. But most importantly you should be able to show how you meet our company values and the wishes of the person you are supporting.
Raz has asked that his team members have the following characteristics and skills:
- Bubbly and funny, Empathetic, a good listener, enjoys cooking and walking.
This role is to work with one individual in their own home and to support them as part of a team that works together in ways that are led by the individuals needs. This role will be specifically for night shifts ('wake and watch').

Responsibilities:
- Provide support to individuals in a way the works for them.
- Help others to live independently.
- Complete supervisions
- Complete team rotas and planning
- Budgeting
- Be a voice for individuals with learning disabilities and mental health support needs.
