Reed Oxford are delighted to be partnering with a client in Central Oxford for the recruitment of an Administrative/Facilities Assistant to join their admin team.
Your role will be pivotal in providing a range of administrative services and being the frontline of their office's day-to-day functions.
This is a multifaceted and busy role and will be ideal for someone with recent office administration and front facing customer service experience.
Responsibilities in brief include:
- Reception duties
- Organising office events and travel arrangements
- Support with the onboarding of new starters, ensuring they have all equipment ready for their first day
- First point of contact for facilities and health and safety issues
- Liasing with building landlord and coordinate with contractors
- Maintaining the meeting room diaries and coordinate catering requirements for client meetings, seminars, and mediations
- Monitor and replenish kitchen and stationery supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained
This is an office-based role 09:00-17:00hrs Monday-Friday and is suited to a dynamic individual eager to support with the smooth operation of their office facilities and administration. It is suited to someone that has had previous experience in a similar role/setting.
