Our client in Oxford is currently looking for a Facilities Administrator to join the team.
Your new role
As a Facilities Administrator, you will support the daily administration of all facility needs and help with the upkeep of the database system, and the archiving of legal and facility related documentation. You will help the facilities' supervisor with record-keeping and other H&S needs. You will order supplies and equipment as needed, and coordinate the delivery of daily post/parcels. You will report any malfunctions or breakdowns, take appropriate action and set up service maintenance or repair when needed.
This position offers a salary up to £30,000, depending on experience, and it is based full time in the office.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous Office Administration or Facilities experience is required. You will be on short notice or immediately available to start.
