Job description
We're looking for a Facilities Administrator with a keen eye for detail to join our client's team. As a key member of the Operations department, you'll be responsible for supporting the Operations Manager with day to day operations.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in the FM environment, and possess a strong knowledge of using the Microsoft Office package. We are looking for someone who has great interpersonal and communication skills, a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving, and a proactive attitude when it comes to planning and prioritizing work.
Most importantly, we're looking for a team player who is enthusiastic about building strong relationships with stakeholders and becoming a recognized point of contact for our client's facilities team.
