We are a leading provider of housing support services in Aberdeenshire, dedicated to
empowering individuals with complex needs to live independently and participate fully in
their communities. Our services in the Ellon and Cruden Bay areas of Aberdeenshire offer
24-hour support to individuals with diverse challenges, including learning disabilities,
PICA, and epilepsy.
The Role:
As a Support Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in the lives of adults, providing
holistic support tailored to their unique needs. Your responsibilities will include assisting
with personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, and household tasks.
Additionally, you will facilitate social activities and outings, promoting independence and
enriching experiences for those we support.
