Support Worker (Young Adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism)
Location: Sunderland, Houghton le Spring and Roker Seafront
Contract: Permanent, full time or Part Time roles available
Our client is an established charity that supports people with Autism. We want to recruit some great new Support Workers, people with the right values and qualities to work in our community services. Could this be you?
Our main priority for this job role is to find people with the right values and attitudes to match our own.
Our client will provide a comprehensive induction training package for applicants.
Currently looking to recruit Support Workers to work in either ISL or Residential across several sites (although you will be based at one site) these include: Sunderland, Roker Seafront, Seaham and Houghton-le-Spring.
We would be keen to meet people interested in working as part of a small team in a well-established service, providing support within an individualised programme.
Applicants would be required to work a flexible shift pattern in order to meet service needs.
We would like to meet people that are willing to be positive role models at all times, to the people they would be supporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required and a flexible and proactive approach towards service delivery is also required
