We have an exciting opportunity for a Fundraiser to join the team in this remote working role. Following a review of existing individual giving activities, the organisation has created a new role dedicated to continuing to engage their existing supporters. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a passion for creating and implementing effective engagement plans and supporter led giving.
Position: Supporter Engagement Officer
Location: Remote, UK Wide
Hours: Part-time, 25 hours per week
Salary: GBP26,000 - GBP28,000 pro-rata per annum depending on experience
Contract: Permanent

The Role
We are looking for a proactive individual to maximise stewardship, engagement and lifetime value with existing supporters.
Responsible for developing a donor retention strategy for our individual giving activity, you will lead on the Stewardship function within Fundraising, supporting the wider Fundraising team as the champion of effective supporter journeys.
Main duties and responsibilities include:
Manage the stewardship journey of donors and maximise engagement with existing supporters across all channels to increase income and retention.Working with the Digital Fundraiser to develop an insight and evidence led approach to understanding existing donors.Manage and develop compelling appeals for existing supporters including direct mail and legacy marketing campaigns.
Work collaboratively across the fundraising and communications team to maximise the potential value of all donors and ensure joined up supporter journeys.
About You
You will have experience of raising funds through individuals and, or, managing supporter relationships. We welcome applications from people with transferable skills from outside the sector this might include account management or customer service roles. You will have knowledge of designing and delivering an effective stewardship programme, supporter journeys or retention plans.
You will be experienced and knowledgeable when it comes to managing contacts in a database, Data Protection and using data and insights to inform your decision making.

About the Organisation
The charity improves the health and wellbeing of children and adults through the healing power of live music. Every year, professional musicians share live music with over people from across the UK, who may not otherwise get to experience it. This includes those living with dementia, mental health problems, or who are seriously ill.
