The client I am working with is a globally renowned property agent. They are seeking an experienced Sustainability Analyst to join the ESG team based in their London office. This is a very exciting opportunity for a sustainability expert that is seeking role in which they will have the autonomy to grow and learn with a passionate team. The successful candidate should have a strong knowledge of sustainability and wider environmental, social and governance issues for the built environment. If you have experience working on decarbonization strategies, sustainability trends, data management and sustainability compliance, this could be the right move for you.
Role responsibilities
As the Sustainability Analyst you will have a key focus on the GHG report, support the external verification and audit process relating to GHG data. You will assist with projects required to provide Scope 3 reporting. You will work on projects relating to net zero targets aligned to SBTi and produce sustainability case studies for the use of internal and external reporting.
A successful candidate will have
* 2-3 years’ experience in a sustainability role, preferable in the built environment
* Technical knowledge of Sustainability Reporting standards eg. GHG protocol, TCFD, CDP, SBTi
* Good knowledge on GHG Protocol and reporting across all scopes of greenhouse gas emissions
* Experience working with sustainability data
* Truly passionate about ESG in the property sector
