- Conduct desktop research and analysis as input into the development of strategic initiatives
- Prepare information for management and conclusions to help understand market and peer practices, trends and inform strategic decisions (e.g., assessment of materiality, benchmarking studies)
- Read, compile, simplify and structure complex information for key internal stakeholders:
- Prepare reports, dashboards, visualisations etc. to effectively present ESG data for periodic performance reporting and for publications and audits
- Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
- Contribute to the day-to-day coordination and implementation of dedicated specific projects
- Review and analyse relevant regulations, standards and reporting frameworks; support consolidation of data, analysis and reporting process and procedures with other function in the business
- Input into writing and managing of content for externally facing communication materials or internal employee engagement campaigns (e.g. report, announcements, surveys)
- Coordinate the overall collection and management of operational environmental data:
- Ensure appropriate implementation of the Group’s environmental operational footprint reporting guidance and policies in collaboration with local offices
- Engage with Environment Advocates in the various offices to ensure a robust reporting process for the group’s operational environment footprint in the environmental data platform
- Monitor progress towards operational climate targets, identify and refine decarbonisation levers
- A motivated self-starter able to take the initiative and think through solutions for challenging areas with a can-do attitude and a desire to make a difference
- Experience in data reporting and/or auditing, incl. data collection tools and processes
- Strong analytical skills, ability to effectively handle large sets of data and to confidently process them into required formats, to present trends and conclusions
- Strong project management skills: deliver required project inputs in time, ensure progress is accurately communicated and effectively coordinate stakeholder contributions
- Knowledge of the broader ESG / sustainability landscape, including familiarity with sustainability frameworks / disclosure regulations
- Experience in energy and climate transition, GHG accounting and reporting, GHG target setting, sustainability reporting a plus
- Experience in supporting global and/or cross-functional project management
- Ability to manage and prioritise a varied workload
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English, knowledge of French a plus
- Good understanding of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Educated to degree level, appropriate work experience will be considered
- 2-3 years professional experience in working in corporate sustainability functions / consulting & auditing roles
- Knowledge of financial services a plus
