JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage incoming leads and quote requests in the Tailor-made Inboxes and Admin system (across HolidayTaxis.com, HolidayTransfers.com, BusinessTaxis.com and conxxe brands), produce quotes and follow up every quote with a call to ensure every booking opportunity possible is converted.
- Ensure that our Supply chain produce timely quotes/responses, or to chase up as appropriate, to enable a 24–48-hour maximum turnaround quote time for the quote being issued back to the end Customer (the original enquirer).
- To work effectively with the Field Sales and Ecommerce teams, driving new business leads & Account Management whilst maximizing margin for the company through incoming leads.
- Target new & existing sales opportunities via calls and quote call-backs.
- Any other ad hoc duties in relation to the area as required.
