DWP are expanding our Recruitment and Talent Acquisition capability. We want skilled recruiters, talent sourcing and Talent Acquisition professionals to apply to join our award-winning team.
About you and your role
In DWP Talent Acquisition Managers (TAMs) are respected recruitment experts. We focus on candidate attraction and candidate experience for DWP's hard-to-fill, senior and specialist roles.
Our job is all about finding great candidates and getting them to apply.
We figure out how best to fill our vacancies, and use expert insight to make and inform strategic recruitment decisions.
Each Talent Acquisition Manager partners with specific practices, functions and areas within DWP (especially DWP Digital), and provides expert recruitment advice, recommendations and solutions to key senior stakeholders.
Our TAMs each run a caseload of multiple live and forthcoming recruitment campaigns - so you'll need to be able to manage your own workload.
You'll balance working with internal stakeholders and putting time in with candidates in the marketplace, to reach new talent and make hires.
TAMs represent the Specialist and Functional recruitment team within DWP. Outside the department they represent DWP, on social media, talent sourcing platforms and at events.
