About this role:
We are looking for a go-to person for all colleague queries related to career development. Responsibilities will span overseeing, enhancing, and optimising MTVH's apprenticeship scheme, managing the end-to-end process of the Work Experience program, and supporting the Talent Manager in shaping our approach to succession planning.
We're looking for someone with a warm and friendly professional approach, putting our colleagues at the forefront of everything you do. Your ability to manage multiple projects across the organisation, coupled with meticulous attention to detail, will ensure the success of our talent programmes. You will thrive under pressure, delivering quality work to deadlines, and possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
In addition to your warm and friendly demeanour, we're seeking someone with essential skills, including strong knowledge and prior experience in the Talent field, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent stakeholder engagement abilities.
As our Talent Coordinator, you'll take ownership of maintaining accurate records for all talent data, processing talent-related payments, and creating innovative content to internally promote MTVH's talent initiatives. Your engagement will extend beyond our walls as you identify opportunities at job fairs, recruitment events, and apprenticeship fairs in both the Midlands and London regions.

What you'll need to succeed:
Strong knowledge and previous experience working in the Talent field - Essential
Experience in managing multiple projects/initiatives across an organisation - Essential
Warm and friendly professional approach with a strong customer focus.
Highly organized with great attention to detail, delivering quality work to deadlines.
Ability to work under pressure and manage a changing workload - Essential
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Good level of Microsoft Office, including One Drive, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word -Essential
Good stakeholder engagement both internally and externally - Essential
