We are currently working with a rapidly expanding, dynamic company that is looking for a Talent Development Manager to help assist and manage the current General Management development programs alongside other exciting opportunities!
Ideally, they are looking for someone very forward thinking who has prior knowledge of functioning in a complex, worldwide company, that has a wide geographic reach, where they have gained a thorough understanding of career and development planning, planning for succession, talent evaluation, and talent management lifecycle to ensure that the companies’ development is as efficient as possible.
As the Talent Development Manager, your duties will include;
- knowledge of creating and carrying out development for leadership initiatives in large companies.
- Working with outside providers, experience developing criteria for evaluations.
- The ability to recognise and apply ongoing enhancements.
