Position: Teaching Assistant
Location: Nuneaton, Special Educational Needs School
Job Type: Full-time, Immediate Start
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30-15:30
We are currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming team at a school in Nuneaton, catering to students with autism spectrum conditions (ASC) and social, emotional, or mental health needs (SEMH), aged 9-19 years.
The school, purposefully designed for the pupils, offers small class sizes, a variety of curriculum subjects, off-site activities, and access to various therapies. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in preparing learning materials, assisting in delivering learning objectives, and maintaining a strong focus on behavioural management.
We are looking for a proactive and engaging individual with demonstrated experience in effective behaviour management and working with a diverse range of age groups.
