About Us: This is in a lovely SEMH primary school committed to providing a nurturing and supportive learning environment for students with challenging behaviour. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary Teaching Assistant to join their passionate team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help the class teacher with lessons to meet the diverse needs of the students.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents, to help create diverse learning plans.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social and academic development.
- Regularly assess and monitor the progress of students, adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in Primary Special Needs.
- Strong understanding of various learning needs and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Patient, empathetic, and passionate about inclusive education.
