This role involves providing one-to-one support for a student in Early Years, commencing immediately. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a young learner in Early Years, ensuring they receive the individual attention needed for their academic and personal development. The role includes intimate care duties, requiring a compassionate and patient approach.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Providing one-to-one support to the designated student.
• Assisting with educational activities and promoting engagement.
• Offering emotional support and encouragement.
• Implementing personalized learning strategies.
• Collaborating with the class teacher and SENCO to address individual needs.

Essentials:

• Relevant experience in supporting Early Years education.
• A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
