We have an exciting vacancy for two experienced Special Needs Assistants to join our excellent team from September 2024.
The School’s Governing Body are seeking to appoint a two highly motivated and experienced Teaching Assistants to support children with SEND on a 1:1 basis. You must have the relevant experience to support a child with SEND needs. Previous experience of supporting children with autism and/or challenging behaviour would be an advantage.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, warm and caring individual who is able to develop a supportive relationship with children and their families for the purpose of improving educational outcomes, self-esteem, resilience and aspiration. This may include emotional support, following structured programmes and contributing to multi-agency meetings.
