We wish to recruit talented and enthusiastic SEN HLTA, to add to our excellent team from September 2024.
The SEND HLTA role is critical to providing high quality provision for pupils with additional needs. Working closely with the SEND leader, the successful candidate will use their experience, ability and initiative to lead on all SEND administration alongside being the front of house face and main point of contact for children and families.
The role requires knowledge of SEND practice, child development and primary classrooms as well as the ability to balance support and challenge when holding difficult conversations.
The successful candidates will join a team of caring, hardworking practitioners and be both supported and challenged to enhance their skills.

We intend to hold interviews during the week commencing 20th May and candidates are encouraged to join a tour of the school on Wednesday 8th May at 2.30pm if they would like.
