Our Lady and All Saints Catholic Multi Academy Company (“the MAC”) was formed in April 2021 and comprises of 12 Catholic Primary Schools and 1 Catholic Secondary School across the Birmingham, Solihull, and Warwickshire areas.
Our Lady of Compassion School, part of Our Lady and All Saints MAC, is looking for an inspiring Teaching and Learning Support Assistant (TLSA) to join our school. We are looking for someone who is professional, engaging, dynamic and self-motivated, with a passion for education, who is eager to join our team of dedicated staff to contribute to the spiritual and academic development of the children in our school.

The successful candidate will:
- Be able to work effectively under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCo to support children’s learning journey, within the whole class, as part of a small group or on an individual basis.
- They will have a good standard of Mathematics as well as spoken and written English
- Be able to use their own initiative
- Have good time management skills
- Be able to communicate effectively with children and adults
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Be committed to promoting the Catholic ethos of our school.
