Role Overview
A fantastic opportunity to join a highly motivated in-house audit team.
You’ll provide efficient and effective administrative support to all team members, to ensure the smooth running of the department.
This role will be situated at our Wimborne office.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with the planning and coordination of Internal and External Audits at individual department and office level.
• Maintain the department’s audit planning matrix, ensuring all departmental and office information is up to date.
• Collate and maintain audit statistics for inclusion in monthly reports.
• Maintaining the Savills UK offices ISO certificates, keeping the accreditation log up-to-date, and providing copies of the certificates accordingly.
• Proof-reading, formatting and distribution of audit reports.
• Liaising with staff from other Savills UK offices and departments.
• Maintain and manage accurate and up-to-date diaries for the team.
• Proactively ensure team members are informed of diary changes as appropriate.
• Being a point of contact for audit & ISO queries.
• Answer the telephone in a professional manner and redirect or take a message efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain accurate documentation on file including archiving as appropriate.
• Attending meetings to take minutes, preparation and circulation of draft minutes for approval.
• General administration: scanning, photocopying, etc.
In addition to the tasks above, the job holder may be required to carry out other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time.
Key Skills
Experience
• Secretarial qualification e.g. NVQ2 in administration.
• Previous experience working within the property sector would be an advantage, although not essential.
• Good general education (including Maths and English) preferably to ‘A level’ standard.
• Previous experience in an administration role (advantageous).
Technical capability
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications (at a minimum Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook) ESSENTIAL

• Proactive attitude and ability to multitask and to work accurately and effectively under pressure
• High attention to detail, organisational skills and workload prioritisation

• Effective interpersonal skills; able to develop good working relationships with people at all levels
• Strong and supportive team player but also able to work independently of others where required
