A hugely diverse and dynamic Tech company are looking for a sparky and enthusiastic Team Administrator to join their team. They are a global company, a well-known household name and you would be joining their boutique and incredibly friendly UK office.

This is a varied role, the pace is fast and they are looking for someone very organised with strong levels of attention to detail.

There is a sociable and friendly culture with regular team lunches and drink and a great list of company benefits. You will be very well looked after here which is reflected in the low staff turnover.

This is a hybrid role (3 days office based), best suited to a candidate who can drive and lives in any of the following areas: West London (Acton, Hammersmith), Esher, Surbiton, Windsor / Ascot, Ashford, Leatherhead

Duties will include:

Supporting 1 team with global travel bookings

Scheduling meetings in different time zones

Paying invoices

Project management

Events coordination

The ideal candidate will be:

Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

Confident and a people person

Friendly and sociable!

Very organised

Fluent in written and spoken English
