This Team Assistant role offers an exciting opportunity for an ambitious candidate who enjoys a busy and varied role where no 2 days are the same. As the Team Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the COO and Partners, including scheduling meetings, managing travel arrangements, and overseeing office supplies. In addition to general office support, you will also assist the CEO/Founder with printed research in coordination with the Executive Office team. We are looking for a Team Assistant with a “muck in” attitude, excellent attention to detail and impeccable verbal and written communication. The company has a real focus on personal development so this will suit a Team Assistant who is focussed on career progression and thrives in a fast paced start-up environment.
