Exciting opportunity for a Team Assistant / EA at a successful Private Equity firm in the West End. This is a new role within a small and tight knit team, and they would like someone who is confident and proactive in giving direction on the areas that require executive support.
Role: Team Assistant / EA
Duration: Full time
Start date: ASAP (will wait 1 month's notice)
Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE
Working hours: 09:00 – 18:00
Hybrid: 4 days in the office, Fridays WFH
Location: West End
Responsibilities:
- Provide business support
- Inbox management
- Diary management
- Manage the CRM system
- Assist with NDAs, expenses and oversight of the office
Requirements:
- Strong EA background, PE or FS experience not essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with great prioritisation skills
- Team player and proactive attitude
