Risk Team Assistant

We have a great opportunity for someone to come and work with 3 of our Directors in the Risk division giving you great exposure to our senior leadership team and a varied and fast paced role.
About the role
As a Team Assistant in our Risk division, you will be required to provide support to our Director of Enterprise Risk, Director of Prudential Risk, Director of Compliance, and provide support when required to our General Counsel in Legal.
You will be responsible for providing full admin support to the directors. This includes managing their diaries, monitoring their inbox, arranging internal and external meetings; including activities such as the co-ordination of diaries and invites, provision of agendas and organising the relevant facilities such as equipment, travel and catering requirements.
About you
Due to the nature of this role it is important that you have previous experience in a PA role (or similar) at Director level.
You are going to be managing 3 of our directors diaries and requests therefore, you must be highly organised, experienced in working on multiple priorities at the same time, and confident working at pace in a busy environment.
You will also need to have effective verbal and written communication skills with great attention to detail.
Ability to exchange information at all levels, internally and externally, and represent YBS in a credible and professional manner is important as you will be dealing with stakeholders across the business and externally.
You must be able to use advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
