Team Assistant/ receptionist booking for an investment management client based in Mayfair. Candidates must possess the professional maturity to handle confidential and delicate client issues and internal matters. The individual should be excited to work full time in a high energy, fast-paced environment.
Team Assistant duties:
- Booking travel and creating detailed trip schedules.
- Inputting expense reports.
- Diary management, booking meeting rooms.
- Booking restaurants, taxis, conferences.
- Assisting with co-ordination of large events.
Receptionist duties:
- Front desk coverage (when needed).
- Manage switchboard.
- Greet clients and guests.
- Book meeting rooms.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience as an administrative assistant.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Highly organised, efficient, problem solver.
