The role
Reporting to, and supported by, a Deputy Manager, you will be part of a team of Team Coordinators, Support Workers, and housekeeping staff.
You will contribute to and develop personal support plans.
Acting as a role model, you will provide support and direction to ensure duties are carried out effectively, efficiently and in line with standards - with the needs of service users being the priority.
You will work well with others and develop good relationships with service users, relatives and other professionals.
You will make ensure high quality care and support is provided to service users which exceeds Care Quality Commission expectations and standards.
You will work on a 6-week rota including weekends and Public Holidays.
You will need:
- Experience of working in a relevant care setting.
- Awareness of current care practices and standards.
- Commitment to delivery of quality care provision.
- Ability to challenge practice that does not meet requirements/standards.
- Ability to write clear reports and maintain service user records.
