Job Description
Team Leader - Welding and Fabrication
£34,632 including early shift allowance premium
Mon- Fri 6:00am - 2:15pm
Are you a skilled Team Leader proficient in Welding and Fabrication? Do you thrive on project-based work and eagerly seek opportunities to spearhead innovation? Are you excited about the prospect of revolutionising manufacturing practices by integrating cutting-edge technology, such as introducing robotics into the production plant? Due to continued growth they are expanding their operations and as a Team leader you will setup and integrate the main manufacturing operation and play a pivotal role in their succession plan. Reporting to the manufacturing manager your duties will include;
Key Responsibilities:
" Setup and Configuration: Take the lead in establishing and configuring our robot cell for optimal performance.
" Programming: Utilise your welding expertise to program and fine-tune robotic systems, ensuring precision and efficiency
" Team Leadership: Build and lead a talented team of technicians and operators.
Requirements
" Proven experience Welding and Fabrication operations
" Proven experience with pipework
" Strong leadership skills
" knowledge of welding processes and equipment
" Commitment to safety and quality standards
" PC Literate
Benefits/ working hours:
" Mon- Fri 6:00am- 2:15pm
" 25 days holiday + Bank holiday's
