Servoca Nursing and Care are working in partnership with a regional care organisation who are looking for a team leader to join their team based in Wythenshawe.
You will have experience of managing and leading a team with the day to day running of the service, provide support and guidance to all team members and to the residents.
You will lead by example with your person centred approach as well as ensuring the vulnerable adults are giving the best care and support to their individual needs.
You will have a proven background dealing with caseloads and working with complex needs.
Requirements -
Minimum NVQ level 3 or equivalent or above
Proven background working with adult learning disabilities and complex needs
Driver with own vehicle
Proven background leading a team or management
