As a Technical Business Analyst (Tech BA) specializing in Product Documentation, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between product teams and support teams. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with product teams to understand the functionality, features, and technical aspects of their products and translate this information into comprehensive documentation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the documentation accurately reflects the product's capabilities and serves as a valuable resource for support teams and end-users.
Responsibilities:
- with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather information about product functionality, features, and technical specifications.
- technical concepts and jargon into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation targeted at support teams and end-users.
