Service Manager is the spokesperson, bridging all the correspondence between a customer and service provider. Perform all post-sales support function which includes service reviews, performance reporting, incident management, inventory and billing support to drive customer success and upsell opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Manage client engagement and relationships particularly for major clients in Tokyo
- Collaborate internally with Sales, Implementation, and support teams to deliver the value proposition to clients
- Achieve sales targets and agreed level of client engagement activities
- Provide detailed product feedback from clients to internal business managers in an effort to continually improve our products
- Take a lead role in conducting internal and client training sessions
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in the Capital Market; ideally 5+ years of experience in the connectivity sector in client-facing or Post-Sales positions
- Good knowledge and experience of IP network technologies - WAN/LAN
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues to drive successful outcomes
- Working knowledge and understanding of billing and financial management processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Japanese and English
