Technical Administrator – Engineering
Nottingham
£11-13 per hour, 3 days per week (3-month temporary contract)
The successful candidate will carry out general administrative tasks in a vibrant business environment supporting a small engineering team in a variety of office support duties. The role will require an eye for detail and the ability to be flexible in their daily work routine. MUST be fully conversant with all current Microsoft business tools.
* Preparing quotations for customers as well as internal sales team.
* Preparing Field Service sales invoices and credit notes.
* Administer Field Service Expense claims and travel invoices.
* Booking travel for Engineers
* Answering incoming telephone calls
* Provide general service administration support.
* Undertake any other duties appropriate to your skill levels from time to time to meet the needs of the business.

Computer literate:
Fully conversant in MS products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experienced in the use of CRM packages
