Technical Administrator / Coordinator

6-month contract
Rate: £15.00p/h - £17.50p/h (PAYE)
I am currently recruiting on behalf of a key client based in Hampshire, who are specialist engineering and project house within the chemical & process industry. They are looking for an experienced Technical Administrator / Coordinator on an initial 6-month contract.
The successful Materials Controller will be required to conduct the following duties:
- Maintaining tender queries & spread sheets
- Filling of contractors daily
- Printing of engineering drawings
- Filing of RAM, HCP, & safety documentation
- Booking of safety inductions and site visitors
The successful Materials Controller will need to have the following attributes:
- Experience in a site engineering / construction environment (desirable)
- Tech Clerk / Administrator experience
- Expert in Microsoft office packages specifically MS Excel
- Hard working, motivated individual
