This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the team that that looks after the running of three long-term running west end shows.
We are looking for someone who has brilliant organisational skills, excellent budget management skills, and an understanding of union contracts and SOLT Equity and BECTU agreements. Alongside experience of people management and HR, and a love and understanding of commercial theatre.
Production Administration
- Support the Production Manager with the running of the London Productions from an administrative position.
- Attending meetings with the Production Manager, Company Manager, Associate Producer and Production Administrator.
- In conjunction with the Production Manager and Deputy Production Manager book rehearsal spaces.
- Assisting the Production Manager with the timely and effective communication of technical information
- Booking travel and accommodation.
- Minuting meetings.
- Administrating schedules across London shows
Production Finance
- Signing off invoices in conjunction with the Production Manager.
- Drafting and managing running budgets in conjunction with the Production Manager and Associate Producers.
- Reviewing weekly payroll, alongside the Production Administrators.
Production Health and Safety
- To assist in ensuring that all production work is undertaken in line with the latest applicable H&S legislation, ensuring training and certification is undertaken as required.
Production Staffing and HR
- Providing pastoral care and managing day to day issues on running London productions.
- Assisting the Production Manager with show staffing, including interviewing as required.
- Issuing show contracts (in line with the relevant Union agreements)
- Keeping and updating HR files for technical show staff in conjunction with the Company Manager. Setting up inductions with the Company Manager and HOD's as appropriate.
