We are looking for a Technical Administrator to join our building services team in London.
Working as Technical Administrator you will contribute to the effective and efficient operation of the Technical and Operations Team
You'll:
- Provide day to day management of the CAFM system to ensure we meet our contractual obligations.
- Raise remedial jobs maintaining up to date information at all times.
- Run reports for outstanding PPM follow on's managing through to completion.
- Proactively liaise with Technical Staff, Supervisors, Managers, Sub Contractors and Building Users.
- Ensure accurate, relevant and timely communication is maintained at all times.
- Generate detailed monthly reports from the CAFM system for incorporation into the Skanska client
- Monthly report.
- Assist in the collating of and production of the weekly and monthly reports.
- Provide administrative support to Supervisory and Management staff across the contract, including but not limited to the following functions; Helpdesk, Maintenance, Projects, Statutory Compliance.
