Technical Administrator
Location: Bakkavor Meals London (Park Royal ) Cumberland site
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.00pm (office based)

In London, Bakkavor Meals employs over 2,400 people across three sites and a distribution centre in the Park Royal area. These sites specialise in making chilled ready meals, houmous dips, deli products and savoury accompaniments, and are part of Bakkavor's Meals sector which has eight factories in total in the UK.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Administrator to join our Technical team at the Elveden site.
Accountabilities:
- Quality Management Systems: To complete all admin on time and accurately and ensure that all relevant paperwork is filed and archived to support due diligence.
- Quality Management Systems: Administration of site Quality Management System and associated control documents including relevant factory paperwork.
- Customer Management: Administration of customer complaints and analytical results (micro & nutritional), including trending and reporting of data.
- Audit: Administration of other technical systems e.g. calibration, internal audit, micro & nutritional testing, GMP audits, glass and plastic audit schedules as required by the business
- KPI: Co-ordination of Technical KPIs and subsequent generation of internal and external reports.
- Customer Management: General office duties, e.g. documentation management and control, maintenance of Technical team equipment requirements, administration of ordering and receipts for purchases / repairs, assisting in the preparation of customer site visits
- Health and Safety: To operate in a safe working manner and support the site/business on continuous improvement relating to heath, safety and the environment
About you
- Good interpersonal, organisational and communication skills, both verbal and written
- The ability to analyse information and accurately record or report in a clear and competent manner
- Good IT skills including Word, Excel, Access, Insight and PowerPoint
- The ability to work as an individual and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
