Sales Administrator - Acton, London W3
The Company
As Sales Administrator, you will work for a successful industrial engineering company that manufactures electromechanical products in London and ships them through a network of global distributors worldwide via freight forwarding companies.
The Role
As Sales Administrator, you will own a set of key account customers to whom you provide sales administration support.
Duties:
- Handle telephone calls and emails
- Expedite customer orders with the production department
- Provide order updates relating to specification or price
- Liaise with the warehouse and advise on freight forwarding details in preparation for despatch
- Convert sales quotations to orders on the ERP system
- Create production documentation and liaise with purchasing department for factored items.
- Produce despatch and export documents and certificates
- Liaise with freight forwarding companies to arrange collection
- Maintain pricing information on the ERP system
- Despatch of sales literature, newsletters and other marketing material
About You
As Sales Administrator, you should have a good mix of the following skills and experience;
- Computer literate in MS Office
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Great attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Preferable background in logistics or mechanical/electrical wholesale distribution

Hours
Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 4.30pm
Hybrid working option 2 days a week from home after completing 6 months of service
