Working hours/pattern: 2 days = 14.8 hours / 3 days = 22.2 hours Monday to Friday

What we’re looking for?
We’re looking for a Technical Assistant to assist in the delivery of Pipeline Integrity Management and Intervention workload in an effective and efficient manner enabling and ensuring that WWU complies with its contractual, legal and regulatory obligations.
This role will be part time (2-3 days a week) and will be supporting the Tywyn Site project and will be based in the office near this site.
We’ll trust you to:
- Provide administrative support and assistance in providing an efficient and effective service to contribute to the achievement of departmental objectives.
- Resolve enquiries and complaints from both internal and external parties, providing a written, face to face or telephone response as appropriate.
- Assist in supporting departmental technical activities by carrying out clerical duties, such as arranging travel and meetings, receiving and collating information and processing documents and correspondence in line with guidelines and procedures.
- Work with the team and promote the philosophy of team working and development to achieve business objectives, improve performance and develop commercial awareness
- Live and promote the Company priorities and values and demonstrate behaviours in line with our behavioural competency framework.

You’ll need to have:
- High standard of keyboard skills.
- The competence in the use of SAP SRM, PCS, and Vehicle tracking systems
- The ability to demonstrable communication skills, both written and oral
- Previous experience of working within an office environment
