Our client is a global leader in financial services, specialising in asset servicing solutions and asset management for institutional and personal clients. With a network of offices worldwide, our client delivers exceptional products and services to meet the diverse needs of its client base. This role offers a hybrid work schedule, with 3 days based in the London office and 2 days working remotely, from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Role Overview:
The Technical Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the DL managers in managing relationships with major Fund Platforms, Distributors, and Institutional customers. This position is integral to ensuring resolution of inquiries, maintaining strong client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all Platform Service related queries from Management Companies, Platforms, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and enhance service levels provided to the Platform and our Management Companies.
- Ownership, management, and resolution of any service queries.
- Oversight and coordination of the Service Level Agreements.
- Identify and manage resolution of service delivery root causes.
- Initiate frequent, proactive communication with the Platforms and Management Companies to verify perceived levels of satisfaction and demonstrate proactive service.
- Undertake Service Review Meetings with key Platforms and clients on a regular basis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all our internal partners.
- Work with the FSC Manager to reduce inbound contact volumes from key Distributors.
- Champion the Distributors within the organisation to the benefit of our clients ensuring appropriate awareness and knowledge levels.
- Demonstrate a good knowledge of the platforms and industry awareness.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of Transfer Agency.
- Demonstrate a detailed working knowledge of client service.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Needs to demonstrate the ability to be a team player.
- Extensive knowledge of collective investment scheme administration and the regulatory environment.
- Ability to plan and prioritise their day-to-day workload to meet client deadlines.
- Ability to use Excel, Word, and PowerPoint competently.
- Attention to detail and strong accuracy.
- Analytical skills are required to research and provide detailed MIS.
- Strong written and oral communication skills are essential to this role.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to review and resolve complex issues.
