The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of technical drawings, with a good understanding of the process of residential development construction.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to…
- To assist in the management of external consultants and production of drawings for the design of site developments
- Appoint and Liaise with External Consultants.
- Assist in the fee negotiation and appointment of consultants.
- Coordinate the production of layouts and working drawings.
