One of my developer client, operating across West London, is expanding its team to cater for the next phase. They seek a skilled Technical Coordinator or Senior Technical Coordinator to contribute to their projects' success. This fixed-term role offers an exciting opportunity for a proficient individual to join a dynamic team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate technical aspects of construction projects
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure efficient communication and implementation of plans.
- Using relevant IT software to manage the progression and programme of the project.
- Facilitate and manage information flow between internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to problem-solving and decision-making processes during project execution.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company procedures.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar Technical Coordinator or Senior Technical Coordinator role is preferred, but not essential. Happy to receive applications from those within consultancy.
- Familiarity with working in a developer or main contractor environment is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in IT and relevant software for project management and coordination.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
