Technical Lead - £85K DOE + Bonus - Coventry (Hybrid)

My client a leading consultancy are looking for a new Technical Lead (MongoDB) to join their team on an permanent basis. This role will see the successful candidate assisting and working with industry leading clients, expanding their technical capabilities, and having a real world impact on their business.

As the Technical Lead you will also have the chance to develop your career whilst being exposed to new technologies, work closely with a range of teams within the business to bring products to life, and guide and collaborate with some of the brightest industry minds.

This role will be based from Coventry and will require the successful candidate to work onsite 3 days per week.

All candidates must have the full rights to work in the UK with no sponsorship requirements.

The Role

As a Technical Lead Mongo DB, you will be responsible for overseeing database architecture, performance optimization, and ensuring the successful implementation of MongoDB solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Implement Mongo DB and NoSQL database structures.
• Create project plan and schedules, resource planning by identifying the Project risk.

• Design and develop experience building a reusable REST API model/framework to consume data from and/or push data into MongoDB (or similar technology).

Key skills/knowledge/experience:

• Experience in implementing NOSQL database, Json file formats to deal with non-structured data by applying best practices at large scale Expertise as a MongoDB Developer.
• Experience in data-related queries in data governance, quality, cleaning, data analysis and interpreting trends of the data to add business value.
• Mongo DB Document Understanding with Data Schema knowledge with best practices.
• Specialised technical knowledge of the MongoDB platform or similar NoSQL technologies.
• In depth knowledge of modelling/architectural patterns, governance methodologies, and potential limitations within MongoDB.
