Due to new investment and business acquisition, my client a successful chemical manufacture is seeking a Technical Compliance Manager (QA Manager) to oversee all development, implementation and maintenance of systems and processes, including troubleshooting any potential issues.
Role
- Maintain, drive, supervise and implement robust technical standards, systems and processes
- Ensure site is audit ready at all time
- Educate and engage with workforce to ensure technical and H& processes are being followed
- Support with new product design and compliance
- Customer contact to support any technical issues and resolve
Skills
- Experience with ISO14001
- Internal auditing
- Chemical knowledge
- Working in fast paced manufacturing environment
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and under your own initiative
- Knowledge of process improvement and validation
- Knowledge of regulatory standards
- The ability to investigate and identify trends
Role
- Monday to Friday
- Based around 9am-5pm
- Salary depending on experience
