Salary Senior Technical Manager, South London*
A highly reputable and established developer, whose regeneration schemes are some of the largest in Europe, is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Manager to manage a complex phase of an existing scheme in South London.
This scheme continues the series of major collaborations with one of the UKs most successful housing associations and will transform the local area.
Responsible to the Head of Technical, main responsibilities will include, appointing and managing external consultants; production of design information in a timely manner; ensuring all drawings are checked and fully coordinated; chair and minute design team meetings; prepare developments specifications in line with the budget and liaison with third parties to obtain approval.
Due to the complexity of the project ideal candidates must be confident across all stages and have experience managing more junior members of staff. Candidates must be knowledgeable and up to date with UK regulations and have a proven record of delivering large residential schemes.
This role would suit existing Senior Technical Managers with a construction bias who have worked on large mixed-use regeneration schemes.
