Salary On behalf of our client, Nrl Recruitment are looking for a Technical TrainingOfficer for work in the Cranfield area.
Duration: 12 months contract
Hours: 37.5 hrs p/w
Scope of Work:
You will be creating small working groups to discuss current best practice for local business processes and ensuring appropriate documentation is in place to communicate key activity requirements.
You will also support the development of the Technical Training team to delivery courses and self-learning material in a structured environment.
Your skills and experience:
You thrive in a process led environment.
You have strong organisational skills
You are able to lead open discussions within small groups.
You have presentation skills including public speaking.
You have situational leadership skills to identify best action plan for scenarios.
You may have had some previous experience of training and delivering training.
You can identify key points from a discussion and articulate them simply in a summary document.
You can use all Microsoft O365 applications to a high standard.
You are familiar with SharePoint management.
You are comfortable with face-to-face conversations being their priority form of communication.
Deliverables:
Appropriate documents guiding process key activities.
Technical course program in line with business capability requirements.
Technical training material for structured learning to improve individual capability.
Organisation and supported delivery of the skills academy.
